1. General conditions

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure of processing and protection of information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the User) by Digital Technologies Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Digital Technologies LLC) that can be obtained by Digital Technologies LLC when the User uses the services provided in including through the site, services, programs used by Digital Technologies LLC (hereinafter – the Site, Services).

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure a proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when using the Site, Services, to purchase services from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3. The relations regarding the collection, storage, distribution and protection of the information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents of Digital Technologies LLC and the current legislation of the the Russian Federation.

1.4. Using the Site and Services, the User expresses his full consent with the terms of this Policy.

1.5. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation.

1.6. The personal data is not publicly available.

1.7. In case of disagreement of the User with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site and/or any Services available when using the Site should be immediately terminated.

1.8 The basis for the processing of personal data is: Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; Charter of Digital Technologies LLC; This policy is to protect the personal information of site users.

2. The objectives of the collection, processing and storage of information provided by Site Users

2.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Digital Technologies LLC processes the User’s personal data in order to:

• process incoming requests from individuals in order to provide advice;
• identify a party in the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with Digital Technologies LLC;
• provide services, as well as the access to the Site, Services for the User;
• communicate with the User, send a transactional letters to the User at the time of receiving an application for the purchase of services or receiving payment from the User, on an ad hoc basis, if the User performs these actions, sending notifications, requests to the Users;
• send messages of advertising and/or informational purpose, but not more than 1 message per day;
• verify, research and analyse of such data, allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site;
• conduct statistical and other studies based on the anonymized data.

3. The terms of processing personal information provided by the User to transfer them to third parties.

3.1. Digital Technologies LLC takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from the unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

3.2. Digital Technologies LLC provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees, contractors and Affiliates who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services and the providing of Services.

3.3. Digital Technologies LLC has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or suppressing illegal and/or illegal actions of the User). The information provided by the User may be disclosed only in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, the law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.4. Digital Technologies LLC does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information within the framework of good faith, cares about the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information when such a need arises, including but not limited to changing the phone number,

3.5. During processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, record, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, using, transmission (distribution, provision, access), blocking, removal, destruction.
